Product Development Engineer

Drive product and process development by applying customer needs and internal technology capabilities to design, develop, and implement solutions aligned to market and business strategy. Lead or support programs through stage gate, plan and analyze production trials using Design of Experiments, Lean Six Sigma, and statistical methods, and ensure critical-to-quality specs are met. Collaborate cross-functionally across Engineering, Operations, and Quality while documenting work, protecting IP, and advancing internal technical knowledge.
