Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE to care for each day’s patients.
•Use mobile technology to access your daily schedule and travel to patient homes.
•Build welcoming connections with patients while collecting relevant information and performing assigned services.
•Deliver patient-centric diagnostic and low-acuity care, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, retina exams, and ECGs.
•Label and manage collected samples and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture and strong professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
•Technologically savvy—comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•Reliable transportation and the ability to physically access patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
•To begin working: state required licensure and/or proof of training, Basic Life Support certification, valid Driver’s License, and current vehicle insurance.
