Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver structural engineering services for building/heavy civil projects, including analyses, calculations, and design with minimal supervision.
  • •Prepare technical specifications and carry out inspection and assessment of building/civil structures.
  • •Assist with the commercial and financial control of projects.
  • •Supervise Graduate Engineers and ensure work meets the appropriate technical standard.
  • •Direct Technicians to complete drawing work, and produce report writing/documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered with the IStructE or ICE.
  • •Degree educated (or equivalent) in a relevant subject such as Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •Ability to deliver design solutions and assessment calculations while managing project tasks.
  • •Proven experience across a variety of structural projects, including direct client-facing work as a project task or project leader.
  • •Strong communication skills and a highly motivated approach.
