Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive AI compliance program posture across security/pen-test assessments, remediation, and platform-impacting events.
  • •Establish engineering standards for design reviews, security, observability, and quality (including load/latency SLAs and incident response).
  • •Manage cross-team commitments and trade-offs to align the platform roadmap and resources with product priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related) with 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 12+ years.
  • •4+ years of direct supervisory/management experience leading software or platform engineering teams.
  • •Experience directing platform, infrastructure, or shared-services engineering supporting multiple downstream product teams.
  • •Experience leading large-scale, complex platform initiatives from technical requirements through production deployment.
