Kearney Associate, Agentic Procurement, Digital & Analytics

As an Associate in Kearney’s Digital & Analytics practice, you’ll help clients transform procurement through agentic procurement solutions. You’ll collaborate on end-to-end transformations using enterprise sourcing/procurement platforms and analytics, translate executive priorities into models and digital tools, and manage workstreams while delivering measurable cost and efficiency value. You’ll also support proposals and contribute to innovation in autonomous procurement, AI spend analytics, supplier risk, ESG-driven sourcing, and should-cost modeling.
