Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate on end-to-end agentic procurement transformation projects using SaaS enterprise tools to design efficient, resilient, cost-optimized source-to-pay processes.
  • •Serve on client engagements by managing workstreams and building trusted advisor relationships while ensuring delivery quality.
  • •Translate executive priorities into analytical models and digital tools spanning sourcing, category management, contract lifecycle management, and supplier risk.
  • •Work with large spend datasets and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms to enable agentic procurement transformation with analytics and cloud solutions.
  • •Contribute to practice growth by supporting proposals/business development and helping develop new IP and thought leadership in areas like autonomous procurement, ESG-driven sourcing, and should-cost modeling.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or a Fortune 500 procurement or supply chain environment.
  • •Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and S2P/P2P).
  • •Hands-on experience with procurement platforms and analytics tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, GEP, Ivalua, Zip, Oro, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • •Experience driving transformation programs across industries such as consumer goods, healthcare, retail, and industrials.
  • •MBA preferred and a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
