Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (J.D.) and 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years at a law firm and/or in-house.
  • •Good standing with a state bar association and timely in-house counsel registration after hire.
  • •U.S. Citizen (U.S. citizenship is required).
  • •Substantial corporate transactions experience, including entity reorganizations, M&A, capital increases, formations, dissolutions, and liquidations.
  • •Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including large capital projects.
