Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject-matter expert on Invesco’s active public and private product suite, competitive positioning, client demand trends, and industry developments across assigned asset classes and distribution markets.
  • •Conduct in-depth product and competitor research to identify advantages and develop differentiated value propositions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Partner with Product Development to evaluate the product shelf, identify strategic gaps, assess emerging investment opportunities, and support ideation, prioritisation, structuring, and lifecycle management of investment solutions.
  • •Collaborate with Distribution teams to translate product and market intelligence into actionable insights that enhance client engagement, sales effectiveness, and commercial outcomes.
  • •Create and deliver investment content and cases, and contribute to client-driven product prioritisation and strategic planning using client demand signals, competitive analytics, and commercial opportunity assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in asset management, ideally spanning product research, product strategy, product development, or product positioning with delivery to senior stakeholders/clients.
  • •Demonstrated commercial judgement and intellectual curiosity, with strong execution discipline and the ability to influence outcomes across complex cross-functional relationships.
  • •Experience shaping product strategy, prioritisation, innovation, or lifecycle decisions is highly desirable.
  • •Strong understanding of the asset management industry and competitive landscape, including public/private markets, investment strategies, distribution models, and client buying behaviors.
  • •University degree (finance markets preferred) and CFA designation or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
