Job Summary

Support cost management and commercial control of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) packages on a major data center project in Milan. Work alongside a Senior Construction Cost Engineer on cost planning, budgeting, financial reporting, reviewing contractor and supplier quotations, monitoring forecasts and variations, and supporting procurement and tendering activities. Prepare regular cost reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with design, construction, procurement, and client teams.
