Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 12-month FAST Field Applications Engineer track with three rotations (Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and BU/Systems Engineering & Marketing).
  • •Learn to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges, analyze technical trade-offs, and address design needs.
  • •Develop skills in scalable selling processes and leveraging resources/automation for efficient customer engagement.
  • •Gain hands-on systems engineering experience across technical product selection, schematic/layout capture, PCB layouts, fabrication processes, board bring-up, and validation.
  • •After successful completion, identify projects using sales tools and design engineering relationships and provide proactive, system-level solution proposals to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
  • •Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • •Basic understanding of schematics and layouts for MCU and peripheral components.
  • •Knowledge of MCU internal resources (e.g., op-amps, data converters, clock, PWM, comparators, communication interfaces).
  • •Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, AWG, multimeter), plus soldering and debugging skills.
