Job Summary

Manage end-to-end accounting for Armada’s Galleon program, including fixed asset and inventory accounting across the full lifecycle. Own monthly/quarterly/annual close responsibilities for assigned ledger areas, prepare reconciliations and journal entries, and support audits. Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams on capex/depreciation forecasting, internal controls, and process improvements, while evaluating accounting treatment under U.S. GAAP for a high-growth AI infrastructure business.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end accounting for the Galleon program, including procurement, inventory, CIP, capitalization, deployment/redeployment, retirement, and disposal.
•Serve as primary administrator for NetAsset fixed asset management, maintain accurate asset records and subledgers, and ensure monthly reconciliations to the general ledger.
•Run monthly/quarterly/annual close for assigned areas, including preparing/reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
•Manage prepaid expense accounting and Galleon-related cost of sales tracking, and support monthly financial packages and variance analyses.
•Design and maintain internal controls and partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams on capex/depreciation forecasting, automation opportunities, and technical accounting research.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with an active CPA license.
•4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional) and/or corporate accounting, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analyzing large datasets and building scalable reconciliations; Power Query or similar automation experience is a plus.
•Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 330 (Inventory) and ASC 360 (Fixed Assets), plus CIP and internal controls.
•Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and with fixed asset programs, inventory accounting, or capital-intensive operations.
