Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver drawings and designs within project timelines and coordinate to meet schedules.
  • •Create production drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings based on site measurements and final project state.
  • •Address design challenges with proposed solutions to ensure functionality, manufacturability, and cost considerations for materials and components.
  • •Communicate design ideas and changes with the design team and stakeholders, and present technical drawings as needed.
  • •Coordinate with contractors and support HSE initiatives, including material testing coordination and incident reporting aligned with company policies and IMS.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD to develop and plan drawings, sketches, and technical documentation for construction outputs.
  • •Ability to create architectural drawings (e.g., floor plans and elevations) and detailed electrical/mechanical drawings with technical specifications.
  • •Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations, and ensuring designs comply throughout the project.
  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Certificate in AutoCAD or a related field, plus a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
