Senior business development leader responsible for growing NVIDIA’s Federal Physical AI ecosystem by partnering with software providers, startups and industry across the Federal space. Leads GTM strategy, solution design facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of NVIDIA AI and computing platforms in high-performance computing, cloud and AI/ML contexts.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the trusted strategic advisor and champion for the partner ecosystem in the Federal Physical AI space, coordinating with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
•Accelerate critical opportunities by demonstrating groundbreaking solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA stack into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.
•Advise go-to-market resources such as solution briefs, business cases, demonstration pipelines, and tools to showcase applications across Federal and commercial ecosystems.
•Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA programs to foster co-innovation.
•Map, track, and monitor the partner ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform roadmaps, and shape market expansion strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 304,750 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience in technology in business development, strategic partnerships, or technical sales, including 5+ years in the Federal ecosystem.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Significant domain proficiency with the Federal Physical AI ecosystem in HPC, cloud, AI/ML, and related frameworks.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from engineers to executives.
•Experience leading strategic collaborations with engineering and product teams, including solution design, business case development, and executive-level workshops.
