Key Responsibilities

  • •Map and rank Tier 1 targets per market and exclude influencers already in the Affiliate programme.
  • •Identify competitor amplifiers and track top finance/crypto podcast charts per market.
  • •Run direct outreach, manage the inbound portal pipeline, and acquire/negotiates deals with KOLs.
  • •Create and maintain brief templates per campaign type and localized asset kits with approved claims and disclosure language.
  • •Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly narrative refreshes and report impressions, reach, engagement, and positive share of voice per market.

Key Requirements

  • •Years running an influencer/creator program, ideally in crypto, fintech, or payments.
  • •Built a ranked outreach target list from scratch, including real follower verification and competitor amplifier mapping.
  • •Can negotiate and retain creators on a non-cash-per-conversion basis focused on sentiment/access/merch/community.
  • •Data-driven approach to tracking acquisition, engagement, trading volume, ROI, and other performance metrics.
  • •Fluent/native in at least one EEA market language plus English, with strong understanding of EU financial-promotion and influencer-disclosure requirements.
