Job Summary

Senior Project Manager leading greenhouse gas (GHG)/Net-zero aviation initiatives, delivering terminal and airfield projects in Mississauga. Key Responsibilities

•Delivery of the GHG and Priority Projects in line with scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk requirements.
•Brings specialist expertise in project management to support program objectives and collaborates with Senior Project Managers/Construction Managers to assist the Program Lead.
•Engages with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate consultations and secure necessary approvals; coordinates with contractors to obtain permits and manage site logistics.
•Oversees project delivery ensuring alignment with defined scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and risk parameters; implements change control procedures.
•Partners with the broader program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals across design, health and safety, quality, environmental, and security domains.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 144,000 - 174,000 annually

Key Requirements

•University Degree plus 8 years of relevant experience in project/program management, including work on large airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
•Typically possesses a minimum of 15 years of experience in project and/or program management; at least 5 years on large international airport projects or comparable infrastructure programs.
•Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for delivering complex initiatives.
•Demonstrated leadership in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including leading meetings and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
