Key Responsibilities

  • •Delivery of the GHG and Priority Projects in line with scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk requirements.
  • •Brings specialist expertise in project management to support program objectives and collaborates with Senior Project Managers/Construction Managers to assist the Program Lead.
  • •Engages with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate consultations and secure necessary approvals; coordinates with contractors to obtain permits and manage site logistics.
  • •Oversees project delivery ensuring alignment with defined scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and risk parameters; implements change control procedures.
  • •Partners with the broader program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals across design, health and safety, quality, environmental, and security domains.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 144,000 - 174,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •University Degree plus 8 years of relevant experience in project/program management, including work on large airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
  • •Typically possesses a minimum of 15 years of experience in project and/or program management; at least 5 years on large international airport projects or comparable infrastructure programs.
  • •Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for delivering complex initiatives.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including leading meetings and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
