Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct vendor due diligence for service providers, suppliers, vendors, and third parties to assess capability, financial stability, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Perform risk assessments for outsourced activities, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure outsourcing activities comply with applicable financial regulations and guidelines.
  • •Establish KPIs and service level agreements, and regularly monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations.
  • •Collaborate with business/function owners and vendors to ensure robust business continuity and contingency plans align with organizational and regulatory expectations.
  • •Maintain outsourcing and third-party documentation and registers, deliver training and awareness, and prepare periodic reports for management and regulatory authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of outsourcing, intra-group, and third-party risk, including EBA outsourcing guidelines and related regulatory equivalents.
  • •Proven experience in regulated outsourcing, vendor management, or procurement within a regulated financial services environment (e.g., banking, payments, insurance).
  • •In-depth understanding of vendor management/outsourcing regulations and guidelines issued by relevant regulators (e.g., EBA, NBB, FCA, MAS, NYDFS).
  • •Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices in the context of outsourcing and suppliers.
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
