Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize and manage service delivery processes, including ordering, budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
  • •Coordinate service renewal processes with procurement, vendors, and customers, and support Commercial Service Manager colleagues.
  • •Act as main point of contact for communication of financial results and manage approval workflows for agreements.
  • •Manage budgets, expenditures, and pricing; coordinate invoices with service managers and analyze actual vs. planned variances.
  • •Prepare plan and forecast summaries, calculate invoice amounts using official pricing logic, onboard new WBS elements, and deliver reports and ad-hoc analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a commercial, service management, financial controlling, or related role, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a service environment.
  • •Strong understanding of financial controlling, budgeting, and management accounting principles.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) plus advanced Excel/financial modelling and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • •Knowledge of cost allocation models, transfer pricing, or intercompany charging mechanisms (cost centre management and intercompany accounting is a plus).
  • •Knowledge of IFRS, HGB, or other relevant accounting standards, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
