Job Summary

Build and deploy conversational AI solutions for Chat- and Voicebots that meet local needs for Allianz Partners business units. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, design scalable integrations with existing systems (e.g., CRM), and test/optimize for high-quality user experiences. Develop conversational flows and UI/integration extensions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to new features for the Cognigy platform using conversational AI and enterprise-grade architecture.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop conversational flows, user interfaces, and integration points/extensions for Chat- and Voicebots.
•Document technical changes and development workflow tasks, and provide development status updates where applicable.
•Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
•Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders during development and deployment of conversational AI use cases.

Key Requirements

•Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions by documenting processes and procedures.
•Design and build conversational flows, user interfaces, and integration points/extensions for Chat- and Voicebots.
•Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders during development and deployment of conversational AI use cases.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
•Experience building Chat- and Voicebots using Cognigy, Infobip, or similar conversational AI platforms.
