Key Responsibilities

•Lead global transportation and logistics procurement across air, ocean, ground, parcel, warehousing, brokerage, and 3PL services, including sourcing strategy, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and carrier diversification.
•Develop and implement logistics solutions to improve service levels, supply chain efficiency, lead times, fill rates, and total landed cost.
•Manage strategic relationships with logistics providers, including pricing, contract and KPI reviews, continuous improvement, and network optimization.
•Lead global logistics procurement and transformation projects from planning through implementation, managing timelines, budgets, stakeholder communications, milestones, and change management.
•Partner cross-functionally across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Operations, and regional teams to align strategies, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field and 7+ years of experience.
•Demonstrated experience negotiating complex logistics contracts.
•Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
•Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and procurement platforms.
