Senior PMO leader responsible for the global delivery engine, governance, and performance of Keyloop's Professional Services portfolio. Drives SureStart delivery standards, tooling, and career development; partners with regional leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Portfolio Health & Governance: Own the health of the global PS project portfolio with real-time status, risk, and commercial performance visibility; implement a Project Health model with RAG tracking and tiered interventions.
•Delivery Methodology & Standards — SureStart: Own the PS delivery methodology, ensure tier definitions are applied consistently, and maintain standard artefacts and quality gates across regions.
•Portfolio Analytics & Executive Reporting: Deliver real-time dashboards, weekly briefings, predictive models, and automated reporting to support strategic decisions.
•PM Capability & Community: Define the PM competency framework, calibrate performance, and build training programs and communities of practice.
•Commercial Performance: Own PM function revenue, margin, utilization, and ensure delivery within scope; forecast risks and opportunities with lead time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CZK 1,529,960 - 1,799,950 annually

Key Requirements

•Senior leadership experience in project management and PMO within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
•Proven ability to build and operate governance frameworks at scale: methodology, tooling, quality gates, and portfolio health management.
•Familiarity with productised PS frameworks and tiered PM service models and the ability to own the methodology commercially as well as operationally.
•Experience driving AI adoption and automation within a PM or PMO function to augment team effectiveness and improve time to value.
•Commercial acumen: understands how PM decisions drive margin, utilization, revenue recognition, and customer lifetime value.
