Provide 24x7 operational support for enterprise technology systems and applications, helping ensure high availability for customers and partners. Monitor performance, handle service requests and incidents, and perform routine maintenance such as updates and backups. Support onboarding of new domains, manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, and contribute to network security measures. Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports, while implementing resiliency standards and root-cause fixes.
