Room Attendant

Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by cleaning and maintaining assigned guest rooms and suites to brand standards. Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, replacing linens and trash liners, and restocking amenities. Maintain cleaning protocols, attend promptly to guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders, handle guest requests and complaints when possible, and report maintenance issues to a supervisor.
