Sales Supervisor

Lead sales efforts to help the store consistently meet and exceed goals. Inspire associates to build clientele, maximize retention, and deliver a customer-first experience on the sales floor. Support a technology-led in-store experience, track performance metrics and inventory accuracy, and contribute to loss prevention. Report to the Store Manager, maintain store operations and weekly workflow, and onboard and coach staff through training and customer experience programs.
