Job Summary

Lead a sustainment program in a fast-moving portfolio, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Mission Assurance, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contracts to execute programs with rigor. Own customer interactions, proposal preparation and negotiations, and cross-functional leadership across multiple Raytheon sites, while managing cost, schedule, and margin with growth opportunities. Role is onsite in Goleta, CA.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand and represent customer needs to leadership while building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and key suppliers.
•Accountability for profit and loss, EAC inputs, and program execution including risk and opportunity, cost, quality, and schedule performance.
•Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, support internal and external reviews with leadership and the customer(s).
•Provide leadership and direction to a cross functional team across multiple Raytheon sites.
•Identifies and reacts to problems and supports solutions, such as allocation of resources and operational execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,600 - 276,800

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in a related field (or Advanced degree with 17+ years)
•Program management or leadership experience
•Experience working on sustainment programs
•Experience with reporting metrics through EAC reviews and/or customer Program Management Reviews
•Experience managing proposals, negotiations, and/or BOEs
