Own CRM and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels, driving retention through data-driven, performance-focused communications. Manage activation of customer data to execute an end-to-end CRM strategy, refine multi-channel messaging, and support lifecycle and segmentation improvements. Track success metrics, provide weekly/monthly reporting and deep dives, and continuously optimize campaigns using best practices in email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
