Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and oversee delivery of multiple sustainable transport and public realm projects from concept and business case through to detailed design and implementation.
  • •Manage project programmes, budgets, risks, reporting, and change control to deliver safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • •Support internal and external client relationship management.
  • •Collaborate with team members and other business disciplines to deliver projects.
  • •Support successful delivery aligned with WSP project management frameworks, APM best practice, and health and safety requirements; mentor junior colleagues and support bid preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •HND or degree in Civil Engineering (or other relevant degree) or equivalent work experience.
  • •Strong experience delivering highways, public realm, or transport infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
  • •Technical knowledge and experience assessing and designing highways/transportation engineering projects.
  • •Experience delivering public realm, active travel, or transport schemes in complex urban environments.
  • •Proven ability to manage project programmes, budgets, cost control, and financial reporting across multiple live projects.
