Automotive Prepper

Prep vehicles for Carvana’s inspection centers by performing light automotive bodywork such as prepping, sanding, and buffing; removing and installing bumpers; doing minor plastic welding; and completing small area repairs including Bondo. Work in a fast-paced reconditioning environment using safety equipment and modern tools. The role offers an hourly pay range of $20–$23, training for entry-level hires, and benefits including 401(k) with match and company-paid healthcare.
