Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical solutions focused on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • •Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise/external system integrations; resolve systems integration and compatibility issues.
  • •Build backend components using Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, SQL databases, and ORM frameworks.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues using root cause analysis, debugging, and production support; support Agile delivery activities and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related technical field with 7+ years hands-on experience, or a Master’s with 5+ years, specifically with Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC/Spring Security.
  • •Experience building REST APIs and microservices, including performance, scalability, security, and maintainability in backend applications.
  • •Strong backend development with Spring Data JPA, Hibernate/JPA, ORM frameworks, and SQL databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
  • •Unit testing and engineering practices using JUnit and Mockito, plus code reviews and clean code/design patterns (including SOLID).
  • •Hands-on familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools; Docker/Kubernetes and cloud exposure, plus Angular integration experience, are expected/preferred.
