Job Summary

Lead the Safe and Secure function at Carvana headquarters by supervising front-desk Safe & Secure Associates. Oversee day-to-day operations, coaching, performance management, staffing, and adherence to security and safety policies. Drive incident management, perform risk assessments, manage visitor/vendor check-in processes, and ensure safe operation of Safe & Secure technology (badge access and server room controls). Serve as a key point of contact for partners and escalate high-risk issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the day-to-day activities of the assigned security team, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
•Provide coaching, development, and performance management, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
•Monitor adherence to security systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards; ensure appropriate staffing against KPIs and goals.
•Directly lead the Incident Management program and emergency preparedness at HQ locations.
•Manage Safe & Secure technology processes (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts) and ensure incident recording and after-action reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 62,000 annually

•3+ years of experience in physical security operations and/or loss prevention.
•1+ years of experience directly supervising/managing a team.
