Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end execution of NPI demand lines from build request through shipment, monitoring commitments and identifying delivery risks.
  • •Coordinate build plan and production order execution, tracking start/completion performance and resolving bottlenecks for critical deliveries.
  • •Monitor WIP and hot lot movement across semiconductor assembly/test/module/SSD operations, escalating and ensuring timely lot progression.
  • •Govern NPI cycle time by analyzing model vs. actual performance and driving corrective actions and benchmarking.
  • •Lead risk reviews and recovery plans, support NPI-to-HVM transition milestones, and drive automation/continuous improvement via reporting and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, planning, operations, product engineering, or NPI management.
  • •Experience working in cross-functional manufacturing environments.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor assembly, test, module, or SSD operations (preferred).
  • •Strong data analysis and reporting skills with advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau; SAP/planning tools are advantageous; Python/SQL/Power Automate and AI/automation are preferred.
