Inventory Operations Lead

Lead daily operations in a Carvana Inspection Center by supervising hourly associates and managing vehicle flow for repairs. Drive inventory production and quality goals across daily, weekly, and monthly targets while reviewing mechanical and physical defects. Coach and develop team members, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to policies and quality-control standards. Partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to approve repairs or reject inventory based on estimated repair costs and overall vehicle quality.
