Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and implement improvement steps.
  • •Coach, develop, and performance-manage assigned associates; provide feedback and ensure clarity on expectations and metrics.
  • •Monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Review and approve incoming inventory defects and lead decisions to repair or reject inventory in partnership with the Inspection Center General Manager.
