Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the EHSMS by reviewing, updating, implementing safety documentation, and improving the EHSMS compliance score.
  • •Support delivery of the health and safety strategy across the EMEA region and drive improvements with business leaders against goals and objectives.
  • •Conduct or participate in emergency evacuation drills; update emergency information and signage; respond to emergency incidents.
  • •Pre-qualify and approve contractors; review contractors’ risk assessments and method statements; conduct risk assessments for events and incidental tasks.
  • •Report major incidents to Corp EHS and external agencies; lead accident investigations; provide weekly EHS summaries and maintain Gensuite metrics and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
  • •Experience managing an Environmental Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) and maintaining compliance documentation.
  • •Ability to conduct and review risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation for events and contractors.
  • •Experience investigating major incidents, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions.
  • •Ability to coordinate safety training (e.g., first aid, fire warden) and manage onboarding/induction requirements.
