Key Responsibilities

•Champion a safe work environment by strictly following company, OSHA, and MSHA safety policies.
•Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of aggregates, asphalt, and other materials to ensure quality.
•Test mixtures for compliance with contract specifications and quality control tolerances.
•Monitor daily processes and materials to exceed agency and customer requirements.
•Record and maintain accurate data in a test results database and support quality control plans.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Ability to complete pre-employment drug screening, background check, and “Fit for Work” physical.
•Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 75 lbs repetitively.
•Strong visual acuity and close/distance/peripheral/depth/focus vision (with correction).
•Valid driver’s license and strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
