Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI systems for HR & recruiting to extract signals from resumes, score interview fit, design recruiter workflows, and automate personalized candidate engagement.
•Create security and compliance automation flows (BAAs, DPAs, DocuSign, contract review) and generate security questionnaires.
•Develop operational infrastructure tools for accounts receivable automation, onboarding, and reducing manual overhead across teams.
•Integrate with CRM platforms and automate platform workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, and Make; design LLM-powered systems and API integrations across the company.
•Build GTM engineering and growth automation, including HubSpot/Lark automations, lifecycle engagement, website personalization, and outbound email automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually
