Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI systems for HR & recruiting to extract signals from resumes, score interview fit, design recruiter workflows, and automate personalized candidate engagement.
  • •Create security and compliance automation flows (BAAs, DPAs, DocuSign, contract review) and generate security questionnaires.
  • •Develop operational infrastructure tools for accounts receivable automation, onboarding, and reducing manual overhead across teams.
  • •Integrate with CRM platforms and automate platform workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, and Make; design LLM-powered systems and API integrations across the company.
  • •Build GTM engineering and growth automation, including HubSpot/Lark automations, lifecycle engagement, website personalization, and outbound email automation.
