Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage global partner engagement for transfer pricing support, assigning tasks, coordinating deliverables, and keeping timelines on track.
  • •Oversee and coordinate the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reporting across the Group.
  • •Regularly monitor profitability ranges for controlled transactions and flag material deviations to management.
  • •Lead Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE) impact assessments, identify potential tax risks, and support changes to internal processes and corporate structure.
  • •Support international projects and compliance, including setup/incorporation of new Group companies and ongoing tax/corporate compliance for existing foreign entities.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation, ideally within a consulting firm or a large international holding company with a complex multi-country structure.
  • •Strong understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Pillar 2 / GloBE Rules, including transfer pricing requirements across jurisdictions.
  • •Experience with financial analysis related to controlled transactions and transfer pricing.
  • •Attention to details and a thoughtful, holistic approach.
  • •English B2+ and confidence in an international environment (Ukrainian knowledge is preferred).
