Client Maintenance & Billing Officer

Manage client onboarding and ongoing maintenance for new and existing participants, ensuring accurate billing workflows and generating billing uploads and next billing reporting. Handle day-to-day operations by managing incoming and outgoing communications via phone and email for relevant pension/inbox needs. Work in an entry-level Operations role supporting Allianz Indonesia’s insurance operations with strong attention to data management and professional use of Microsoft Office.
