Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I by completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and conduct proactive outreach and appointment setting. Cross-sell, support outside sales activities, partner with business teams, and help meet customer experience and production goals.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Drive cross-selling by engaging in outside sales activities and targeted outreach to existing customers.
•Establish relationships with business partners (mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment) and refer customers to deliver timely, holistic financial solutions.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to build comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
