Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Store Manager to develop store strategies, track performance daily, and prioritize/budget to meet store and individual sales goals.
  • •Lead training for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy, and programs.
  • •Execute performance management tools, deliver performance feedback, manage minor employee relation issues, and support engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • •Own operational results in procedures, payroll management, cash handling, inventory control, merchandising execution, and housekeeping standards.
  • •Supervise store opening/closing procedures, manage elevated consumer issues, support adoption of in-store technology/policies/programs, and oversee facility upkeep.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills supervising, coaching, and training, using discretion and good judgement.

  • •Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds and completing tasks that require standing, walking, reaching, typing, and climbing ladders.
