Assistant Store Manager (Fixed Term)

Lead day-to-day store operations and help drive brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. Partner with the Store Manager on business strategy, daily sales/performance goals, budgeting, and operational excellence. Build a diverse, inclusive culture through hiring, training, performance management, and loss prevention. Assume store management responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence while coaching the team on service and sales, merchandising standards, and opening/closing procedures.
