Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, cross-trained to support sales and service activities through outbound calling. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and retail leadership routines while adhering to internal controls, risk, and compliance policies.
