Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and intra-day sales floor replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and support floor set updates and supply management
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor, support guest needs quickly, and help keep the store clean, safe, and operating efficiently

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
