Senior Quantity Surveyor - Transport Infrastructure

Lead programme cost management for transport infrastructure projects by supporting programme controls leadership and overseeing a team of intermediate quantity surveyors. Develop and implement cost control standards and cost management strategy, review KPIs, manage variations and monthly cashflow forecasting, and monitor anticipated final costs. Provide escalation routes for cost control, support responses to contractor claims and disputes, and help ensure optimum value for money in procurement and delivery.
