Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or similar role in complex software delivery with multiple stakeholders
  • •3+ years leading Agile Scrum teams, including facilitating ceremonies and supporting effective delivery
  • •Ability to serve as Scrum Master for two concurrent, highly technical workstreams (e.g., cloud infrastructure and payments processing)
  • •Experience using Agile performance metrics (velocity, sprint commitment reliability, capacity planning, backlog health)
  • •Hands-on experience with engineering ticketing systems, with preference for Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence
