  • •Perform daily safety inspections, lead safety audits, and ensure adherence to HACCP and USDA regulations.
  • •Maintain product quality by enforcing food safety and food quality plans and training employees on safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out).
  • •Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances with Operations leaders to improve workflows and equipment use, reducing downtime and costs.
  • •Guide and lead hourly production employees during shifts, running daily floor walk-throughs and monthly line meetings to align on safety, quality, and production goals.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Strong oral and written communication, with solid analytical and math abilities for complex process problem-solving.
  • •Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees to achieve peak performance in a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
