Key Responsibilities

  • •Take reliability accountability for Singapore Fab 10 through cross-functional projects and tasks.
  • •Understand reliability failure mechanisms and physics, including RG/FG process technology risks and manufacturing quality.
  • •Define Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) sampling plan, Outgoing Quality and Reliability Monitoring (OQRM) metrics, Fab process SWR study, and conversion risk assessments.
  • •Partner with Fab 10 PI/PEE and global TD/QE/product/test engineering teams to meet intrinsic targets via process improvements.
  • •Develop WLR capability, support product intrinsic scorecards and key metrics, and drive quality projects for excursion mitigation including CPAs and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronic, Material Science, Physics, or Data Science/Analytics (or equivalent).
  • •Experience in NAND reliability work / EFA is an added advantage.
  • •Strong understanding of CMOS device physics is an added advantage.
  • •Knowledge of reliability testing flow, probe test methodology, and device characterization including array operation and device datasheet/specs.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a growth mindset and ability to use AI-assisted tools responsibly for research and problem-solving.
