Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Lead Architect and strategic advisor, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, sustainable ServiceNow target architectures, roadmaps, and technical solutions.
  • •Guide international customers through IT and enterprise service process transformations and steer complex multi-modular ServiceNow initiatives from concept to continuous optimization.
  • •Serve as trusted advisor and central contact for customers; moderate workshops on requirements, processes, gap analyses, and solution architectures, communicating clearly up to C-level.
  • •Ensure delivery quality for complex customer projects through architecture principles, quality assurance, and best practices to enable sustainable implementation.
  • •Support pre-sales activities with solution design, technical demos, effort estimations, architecture concepts, and contributions to RFPs and offer processes, while mentoring consultants and sharing reusable assets.

Key Requirements

  • •At least nine years’ experience in consulting or IT services, including at least five years with a clear focus on ServiceNow.
  • •Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-modular ServiceNow implementations.
  • •Deep expertise across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including platform architecture, design, data modeling, integrations, and technical implementation.
  • •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator plus at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification (e.g., CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM).
  • •Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and web services (REST or SOAP), plus experience translating process requirements into technical solutions using agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
