Job Summary

Deliver heavy equipment from EquipmentShare’s rental facility in Pasco, WA using your CDL to transport loads safely and on time. Operate vehicles according to state and federal laws, maneuver trucks and trailers for loading/unloading, and assist with loading and unloading using specialized equipment. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and help keep trucks road-ready through routine checks and maintenance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate vehicles according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and timely over required routes while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading/unloading areas and assist with loading and unloading goods and materials.
•Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork and deliver documentation when routes are complete.
•Facilitate routine service on trucks (e.g., checking oil, water, gasoline, air) and report maintenance malfunctions to the Shipping Supervisor.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Must hold either a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or a chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight operated.
•Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state DOT regulations.

•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.
•Be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds and remain focused in a busy environment.
