Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate IVVF activities and prioritize them in agreement with EDMs, PDAs and functional architects across projects.
•Ensure radar development calendars and meet functional milestones.
•Define activity content and allocate appropriate resource levels across projects.
•Manage team workload and make arbitrations during overloads; plan activities with project EDMs and share load with program teams.
•Develop and implement means to meet project requirements (skill development, tools/platform resources, etc.) and produce study/analysis/ECR/Performance evaluation/concurrence documentation; participate in peer reviews.
•Manage equipment and tooling for the section; consolidate workload plans and anticipate variations; conduct HR milestones and career development; recruit and facilitate training/placements as needed.
•Propose and maintain the section roadmap; promote innovation in tools, processes and algorithms; participate in cross-functional activities beyond MFR.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree or equivalent in engineering (BAC+5)
•Minimum 5 years of experience in functional radar architecture, signal processing, and software/algorithm development
•Proven management experience leading a technical team (transverse or functional)
•Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
•Proficient in tools such as DOORS, Matlab, Orchestra/Polarion, Primavera, PALMA, Git, SVN
