Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage collection activity on assigned accounts to keep delinquency at acceptable levels and minimize loan losses.
  • •Complete recommendation forms and monitor accounts to ensure risk ratings are accurate on an ongoing basis.
  • •Recommend actions for major collection activities including repossession, foreclosure, suit, charge-off, and future collection activity.
  • •Handle bankrupt accounts, including correspondence and reporting to the Bankruptcy Court.
  • •Communicate with borrowers regarding collection activity and prepare and distribute collections reports while ensuring compliance with policies and government regulations.
