Collections Counselor II

Manage collection and recovery efforts for consumer and small business loans and credit cards. You’ll handle delinquency monitoring, complete recommendation forms with accurate risk ratings, and recommend next steps for repossession, foreclosure, suits, and charge-offs. The role includes supporting bankruptcy account correspondence and reporting, maintaining compliant communications with borrowers, and producing monthly and other collections reports for Credit Risk.
