Key Responsibilities

•Own White Circle's content strategy and editorial direction across platforms
•Turn customer conversations into case studies, customer stories, and reference materials
•Interview customers, partners, founders, and engineers to uncover insights worth sharing
•Write and publish long-form content across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, X, and the company website
•Develop technical and non-technical content explaining AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•Is an exceptional writer with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly without oversimplifying
•Has experience creating content for technical audiences and can move between strategic thinking and hands-on writing
•Is comfortable interviewing executives, engineers, researchers, and customers
•Can independently identify what is worth publishing and what isn’t, with strong editorial judgment
•Can find interesting stories inside products, customers, and technology and translate them into engaging content
