Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the MCP adoption strategy and shape roadmap priorities based on usage and persona evidence, partnering with the Director of Engineering.
  • •Drive activation and adoption pathways by researching why connected organizations don’t become active tool callers and shaping product and go-to-market investments.
  • •Champion core personas (CLI power users, agent builders, tool calling developers), spending time with them to translate workflows into engineering direction.
  • •Run pilots and proof of concepts with customers, turning engagements into showcases, reference stories, and adoption plays.
  • •Build field enablement and documentation (demos, playbooks, toolpoint and integration patterns) and collaborate on launch plans with the MCP engineering lead.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience delivering high-impact features and driving adoption in enterprise SaaS or B2B software.
  • •Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, agents, and CLI tooling, with experience in developer-facing AI tooling/agent platforms (MCP strongly preferred).
  • •Strong customer instincts, including structured discovery, synthesizing enterprise signals, and translating needs into validated product decisions.
  • •A track record of driving adoption and growth for a platform, API, or developer-facing product, including understanding activation funnels and usage stalls.
  • •Enough technical fluency to be credible with engineers and power users and participate in architecture discussions without owning technical direction.
