Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of early prototype builds with Hardware, Manufacturing, and Test Engineering to deliver field-trial-ready units.
  • •Drive Design for Excellence (DFx) via active reviews of schematics and layouts to incorporate NPI findings into robust product generations.
  • •Lead complex systems debug work, including root-cause analysis and system repairs, and establish tools and technical foundations.
  • •Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to improve processes and quality outcomes for early-program builds.
  • •Mentor contract manufacturing (CM) partners to uphold production proficiency and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE degree required; MSEE strongly desired, with a solid electrical engineering foundation and mechanical aptitude.
  • •3–5+ years of Hardware, NPI, sustaining and/or test engineering experience in networking/AI/GPU/computing industries.
  • •Strong skills in system-level debugging, root cause analysis, and proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing standards (IPC, JEDEC) and complex fab structures (VIPPO, backdrill), plus electro/mechanical system experience.
  • •Ability to travel to Mexico, Malaysia, and Vietnam CM sites and be passport ready.
